- 1 bag of cauliflower florets (1 lb.)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground coriander

3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
