- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 3/4-inch thickness)
- 2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/3 cup salted butter (softened)
- 6 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup shredded cheese (such as Parmesan, cheddar, or mozzarella)
3. Directions:
3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
