- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 very ripe bananas (mashed)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 packet stevia (optional)
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Whisk together the mashed bananas, applesauce, honey, stevia (if using), egg, and vanilla in a medium bowl until combined. Add the oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
