  • 1 lb. chicken breast tenderloins
  • 1 tsp. salt substitute (for chicken)
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/4 cups panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp. salt substitute (for breading)
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • Canola oil cooking spray

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

3.2 Prep

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

Season the chicken tenders with the salt substitute and pepper.

Place the flour in a medium mixing bowl. In a second bowl, whisk the egg until smooth. In a third bowl, combine the panko, salt substitute, and garlic powder.
