2. Ingredients for Melt-In-Your-Mouth Baked Chicken Breasts
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts (pounded 3/4” thick, approx. 4 breasts)
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Preheat the oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
