- 1 lb. fresh tilapia fillets (3-4)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 tsp. olive oil
