2. Dates Milkshake

A date milkshake is a great idea to start your day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 6 Medjool dates, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon raw walnuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Wash the dates first to clean and then dry them.
  2. Remove their seeds from inside.
  3. Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Pour into a glass and drizzle with honey and garnish with walnuts (optional).
