In a large fry pan, add mushrooms and cook, stirring, until all the liquids evaporate. Keep the heat on high to speed up the process. Lower the heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and a little bit of salt (to your taste) and cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until deep golden brown.

If you love onions, you can add one sliced onion to mushrooms when you add olive oil. The taste will be much better.

Spoon sauce evenly over the mushrooms, place a slice of tomato atop, and sprinkle with plenty of cheese.

Bake in a preheated oven to 400 F for 15 minutes.

Garnish with the dill or spring onion.
