1. Smoky Gluten-Free Barbecue Sauce
Easy smoky gluten-free barbecue sauce recipe to serve as a marinade, dressing, or dip! Try and enjoy it!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups organic ketchup (make sure it is gluten-free)
- 1/4 cup of water
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup of coconut sugar
- 2 tablespoons tamari soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1 tablespoon natural liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
- Add all the ingredients in a pot on the stove and heat on high until it starts to boil.
- When it boils, turn the heat to low, whisk the ingredients together and simmer for 5 minutes or until it begins to thicken.
2. Peach-Mustard Barbecue Sauce
This awesome sauce is perfect for chicken and you don’t forget the unique way it tastes.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole grain mustard
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 3/4 cup peach jam or preserves
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 tablespoons onion, minced
- 1 tablespoon bourbon
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 minced garlic cloves
Directions:
- Melt the butter over medium heat in a pot.
- Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3 minutes, then add the vinegar and boil for 4 minutes.
- Whisk in the mustards and the jam and simmer about 1 minute.
- Turn off the heat and add the bourbon and salt and blend.

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coarsely ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons horseradish
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1 cup honey
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses

- 3 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt
- 1 tablespoon meat tenderizer
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions:
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and blend well to mix the flavors.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
5. Mango Habanero Barbecue Sauce
Mango and habanero is a pretty hot combination, so this is a recipe you’ll need to try.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango juice
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 cups roughly chopped peeled fresh mango
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped habaneros chiles
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
Directions:
- Heat the oil over medium heat in a pot and cook the onion for 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook for an extra 30 seconds.
- Add the mangoes, mango juice, tomato sauce, brown sugar, honey, vinegar, molasses, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, habaneros, salt, and pepper and stir to combine.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Puree the sauce until smooth.
