  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 1/2 cup onion (diced)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, for casserole)
  • 1 pkg. jumbo biscuits (16 oz. tube)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (shredded, for topping)

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 400°F.

3.2 Prep

Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish liberally with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.

3.3 Stove
