2. Ingredients for Crispy Panko-Parmesan Chicken Breasts

  • 1lb (450g) thinly sliced chicken breasts (4)
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 2 tsp mayonnaise

Preheat the oven to 425°F.
