- 1 lb. zucchini
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
Cut the zucchini into 1/4-inch thick slices and arrange on the baking sheet in a single layer.
