- 1 bag of cauliflower florets (1 lb.)
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Make sure the cauliflower florets are roughly 1 inch wide, and arrange them on the baking sheet.
Lightly spray the cauliflower with a thin coating of cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
