  • 2 boneless New York strip steaks (1 inch thick, 6-8 oz. each)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp. butter

3.1 Prep

Season the steaks on both sides with the salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Allow them to rest at room temperature while the oven preheats.
