  • One large sweet potato (about 1 lb.)
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. smoked paprika
  • 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. coriander
  • 1/4 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preheat the oven to 425°F.
