Nonstick cooking spray
Butternut squash1 (medium)
Salt3/4 tsp.
black pepper1/4 tsp.
Heavy cream1 cup
Garlic (minced)1 clove
Fresh thyme leaves2-3 sprigs (stems discarded)
Dash of nutmeg (optional)
Fresh white breadcrumbs (or panko)1 cup

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 400°F.
