Ingredients:

  • 2 cup of frozen mango, cubed
  • 3 ounce Blanco or reposado tequila
  • 1/5 ounce simple syrup
  • 1 ounce triple sec
  • 1 ounce lime juice

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and mix on high speed until smooth.
  2. Pour into margarita glasses and garnish with lime wedges.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups canned light coconut milk
  • 2 cups ice
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup sugar or baking stevia
  • 6 ounces white rum
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Toasted coconut flakes, if desired

Directions:

  1. In a small pan, add sugar or baking stevia, 1 cup water, and mint leaves.
  2. Heat to a boil, then reduce and let cook for 10 minutes. Strain mint and reserve simple syrup.
  3. Add to a container and let cool for a few hours, or until ready to serve.
  4. When ready to serve, add the rum, milk, juice of limes, mint simple syrup, and ice to a blender.
  5. Pour into a glass and garnish with mint leaves and toasted coconut flakes, if desired.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 cups small ice cubes or crushed ice
  • 3 tablespoons light rum
  • 3 tablespoons Midori liqueur
  • 2 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 2 kiwifruit, peeled
  • Kiwi slices

Directions:

  1. Cut the kiwis into quarters and put the pieces in the blender.
  2. Add the ice, rum, Midori, cream of coconut and crushed pineapple with juice and mix until smooth.
  3. Strain and discard solids.
  4. Divide the blend evenly among glasses and garnish each with a slice of kiwi.

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups watermelon diced, plus extra for garnish
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt flakes plus extra for garnish
  • 8 ounces tequila silver
  • 4 ounces triple sec
  • 4 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons agave syrup

Directions:

  1. Blend watermelon in a blender until smooth.
  2. Filter through a sieve to remove excess pulp and then add a pinch of salt.
  3. Add 12 ounces of watermelon juice to a small pitcher with tequila and triple sec.
  4. Blend lime juice and agave syrup together until syrup is dissolved. Add to the watermelon mix. Stir to combine together.
  5. Fill each glass with margarita blend. Add a small slice of watermelon for garnish.
