1. Turkey and Mozzarella Burgers

- 1 lb ground turkey, lean
- 3 oz. fresh mozzarella, chopped
- 1/2 c. sun-dried tomatoes, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, minced
- 2 tsp. olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Preheat your grill to medium heat.
In a bowl, mix the burger ingredients, except the oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix until the ingredients are just barely combined.
