5. Cilantro Burgers

Cilantro makes these burgers really pop.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. cilantro, minced
  • ¼ c. red onion, minced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ c. almond flour
  • Salt and pepper

Preheat the grill to medium high heat. Mix the ingredients and season to taste. Form four patties. Grill them for five minutes per side or until done to perfection.
