I found this recipe while I was in college . I think it was on a package of Baker’s chocolate. It is rich and very chocolaty; just what a bunch of coeds need after a hard week of finals. Actually, it’s good anytime. When you put the pie in the fridge, the center soaks into the brownie turning its texture into a fudge like chocolate wonder.

2. Ingredients for Chocaroon Pie
- 3 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 1½ tsp vanilla
- ⅔ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cups coconut
3. Directions:
- Melt chocolate and butter in the microwave.
- Stir in eggs, sugar, flour and vanilla. pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.
- Mix milk and coconut; spoon over chocolate mixture, leaving ½ to 1 inch border around the edge.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Cool and cut.
