2. Ingredients for 30-Minute Asian Chicken Thighs

  • 4 chicken thigh (skinless)
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 425°F.

3.2 Prep

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Spray liberally with nonstick cooking spray.

Crush and finely mince the garlic.

Combine the garlic, honey, and soy sauce in a medium mixing bowl. Whisk until well mixed.
