  • Nonstick cooking spray
  • 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to 3/4-inch thickness)
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar (packed)
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)

3. Directions:

3.1 Preheat

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

3.2 Prep

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with the salt and black pepper. Arrange them in the prepared baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil.
