- 1 lb. fresh tilapia (3-4 fillets)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. butter (softened)
- 1 clove garlic (minced, optional)
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Season the tilapia fillets on both sides with the salt and pepper and arrange on the baking sheet. Drop softened butter by 1/4-inch pieces over the fillets and sprinkle evenly with the minced garlic, if using.
