  • 4 slices thick-cut bread
  • 2 Tbs. butter, well softened
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt and black pepper

3. Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the toasted bread on the baking sheet.
  3. Spread both sides of each slice of bread with the softened butter.
  4. Using a 3-inch round cookie cutter or the rim of a glass, cut a circle in the center of each slice of bread.
