2. Ingredients for Parmesan Crusted Baked Pork Chops

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 cup (1 oz.) panko bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 oz. (6 Tbsp.) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • Black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. salted butter (melted)

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

3.2 Prep

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Season the pork chops on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Place the panko, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and black pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Stir with a fork to combine. Pour in the melted butter, and stir until the crumbs are thoroughly moistened.
