- 1 bag of Brussels sprouts (1 lb.)
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preheat the oven to 400°F.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
Trim ends from Brussels sprouts and cut in half. If sprouts are very large, cut them into quarters.
Arrange the Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet in an even layer. Spray with a coating of cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
