- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 6 oz. each)
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 2 cup marinara sauce
- 8 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese (sliced 1/8 inch thick)
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni
3. Directions:
3.1 Preheat
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
3.2 Prep
Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap or parchment paper and roll or pound them to 1/2-inch thickness.
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange the chicken breasts on the pan.
