2. Ingredients for Spanish-Style Pork Tenderloin

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
