3. Rose Petal Green Tea

Rose petal green tea is probably my favorite one because it really helps me relax after a hard, work day and helps me sleep better.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of green tea leaves
  • 2 oranges
  • 1/2 cup of dried rose petals, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of hibiscus, crumbled

Portion size: 35

Directions:

Start with peeling rind from oranges using your vegetable peeler. Let dry on rack at room temperature about 24 hours or until brittle. Break into 1/4-inch pieces. Then mix together green tea leaves, orange rind, hibiscus and rose petals, and spoon into airtight jar or decorative bag.
