  • 2 cups (12 oz.) broccoli florets
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • black pepper
  • 3 strips bacon

3.1 Preheat

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

3.2 Prep

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the broccoli into 1-inch florets and place in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.

Dice the bacon into 1/4-inch pieces and place in a large skillet.
