  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 jalapeño chili
  • 1 Roma tomato
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/3 cup lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 lime slice
  • Tortilla chips

3. Directions:

  1. Cut avocados in half, remove pit, and scoop out flesh to a medium bowl. Mash with a fork or pastry blender.
  2. Cut stem off jalapeño. Halve jalapeño lengthwise and remove seeds and veins, using a small knife; discard. Chop jalapeño into small pieces and add to smashed avocado.
