1. Chocolate Chip SunButter Banana Ice Cream
This ice cream is the perfect treat to cool off and feel good for a hot summer day!
Ingredients:
- 8 bananas, sliced into 1/2-inch coins
- 1/3 cup water or milk for blending
- 1/3 cup Natural SunButter
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 teaspoon of sea salt
Directions:
- Place sliced bananas on a baking sheet and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Once bananas are frozen, add bananas, water or milk, Natural SunButter, and sea salt to a blender. Mix until smooth.
- Transfer to a portion container or freezer-safe dish.Mix in chocolate chips.
- Freeze the ice cream for at least 4-8 hours, depending on your desired consistency.

2. Nutella Dipped Frozen Bananas
If you like to eat frozen bananas off a stick, this is the recipe for you.
Ingredients:
- 3 ripe but firm bananas
- 1 cup Nutella
- crushed nuts, coconut, sprinkles for garnish
Directions:
- Peel and halve the bananas crosswise and insert a popsicle or lollipop stick into each half.
- Place the bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Roll each banana in the Nutella or spread using a small spatula.
- Garnish with nuts, coconut, or sprinkles if you wish.
- Place the bananas back on the parchment-lined sheet and return to the freezer to chill for 30 minutes.
3. Bailey’s Banana Colada
This frozen cocktail is so creamy and so delicious!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana
- 1 1/2 oz. banana liqueur
- 1 1/2 oz. Bailey’s Irish Cream
- 1 1/2 oz. coconut cream
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Add ice and blend.
4. Frozen Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
When you cover banana in chocolate, I think this makes it better.
Ingredients:
- 2 medium ripe bananas
- 1/3 cup refined coconut oil melted
- 3 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon powdered sugar or 1/2 powdered and 1/2 granulated sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions:
- Peel and slice ripe bananas into 1/4 inch rounds and place them on a cookie sheet.
- Freeze the banana slices on the cookie sheet for at least 1 hour.
- Melt the coconut oil, and mix in the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt until it’s well combined.
- Take the frozen bananas out of the freezer and dip them in the chocolate.
- Put them back in the freezer for at least 1/2 hour to refreeze them.

5. Banana Strawberry Chia Smoothie

- 2 frozen bananas
- 3/4 cup strawberries, frozen
