  • 1 1/2 pints strawberries, rinsed and hulled
  • 1/2 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions:

  1. Pulse strawberries with sugar and 1/3 cup water in a food processor until pureed, with some chunks of berries remaining. Pour half of the mixture into a bowl.
  2. Pulse remainder until smooth. Stir puree into mixture in bowl.
  3. Pour into 3-ounce molds or cups, insert sticks, and freeze for 8 hours.

2. Easy Frozen Strawberry Dessert

Perfect summer dessert for all lovers of strawberries.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 22 full sheet graham crackers)
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 1/2 cups whole strawberries
  • 1 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 6 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 can 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

Directions:

  1. In a medium dish combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press half of the mixture on the bottom of a pan, save the rest for later.
  2. Place the whole strawberries in a blender and puree for about 1-2 minutes until smooth.
  3. In a medium dish beat heavy whipping cream 1 min at a low speed, then at high speed, until stiff peaks form, for about 4 min.
  4. In a large dish beat cream cheese and powdered sugar at a low speed, until creamy, then add condensed milk, vanilla, and pureed strawberries and beat until combined. Add whipped cream beat until well combined.
  5. Fold in diced strawberries.
  6. Spread over the graham cracker layer. Sprinkle with the rest of the graham cracker crumbs.

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups fresh ripe strawberries
  • 2 cups vanilla or strawberry yogurt
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1-2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • fresh mint leaves to top

Directions:

  1. Add strawberries, yogurt, juice, sugar, and ginger to the blender. Mix until everything is creamy.
  2. Place in refrigerator and chill for at least 2 hours.
  3. Serve in bowls and add fresh mint leaves on top.

Ingredients:

  • 24 strawberries
  • 12 large marshmallows
  • 12 brownie bites
  • hot fudge sauce or melted chocolate, for drizzling

Directions:

  1. Wash and cut the tops off the strawberries.
  2. Place the strawberry, marshmallow, and brownie bite through a skewer and place on a plate or wax paper.
  3. Warm hot fudge sauce or melt chocolate in the microwave. Then drizzle over the kabobs.
  4. Place in the refrigerator and freeze.

  • 36 pretzel crackers
