2. Honey Soy Pork Chops

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork chops
  • ½ c. honey
  • ¼ c. soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. oil
  • Salt

Stir together the honey, pepper and soy sauce in a bowl. Set aside 2 tablespoons. Marinate the pork chops for 1 hour in the mixture. Preheat the grill to high and brush the grate with oil. Drain the chops and brush with oil. Grill the pork chops for ten minutes on each side or until the meat is done. Brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
