8. Ginger Garlic Chicken

  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, halved
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tbsp. ginger
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • ¼ c. lime juice

Pound the chicken to half an inch thickness and toss with the remaining ingredients. Marinate for 15 minutes. Preheat the grill to medium high heat and cook the chicken for 10 minutes per side or until cooked through.
