2. Creamy Chicken Tacos
Preparing Mexican food couldn’t get easier than this recipe. Pop the chicken in the slow cooker and sprinkle on some taco seasoning. Add bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes and cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Add plain cream cheese, or use a spicy version, and let it melt in the slow cooker for 10 minutes. Serve with tortillas and top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheddar cheese.
