7. Fruity Soup
Make a colorful, flavorful soup with your favorite fruits this summer. Sauté ginger until fragrant and add chopped strawberries, pineapples, mangoes, blueberries, lime peel, sugar, water and fresh citrus juices to the pot. Simmer for five minutes, cool and puree in your blender. Strain the soup and serve with a dollop of sour cream and grated orange rind.
